Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange your silk pillowcase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original sealed packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened silk pillowcases. Items showing signs of wear, makeup, or marks will not be refunded.
Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
To arrange a return or exchange, please contact us. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a return form, which must be printed and enclosed in your return parcel.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate any order before delivery for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
